Service terms
Effective October 1, 2026. Review the price, minimum commitment, included work, storage, cancellation, and code rights for this plan.
Arezdev will design, build, and launch the agreed custom frontend for your business website. Managed hosting includes the contact form, a private dashboard for form responses and analytics, an image gallery, technical maintenance needed to operate the service, and direct support. The pages and features to be delivered are agreed during onboarding.
The one-time website build fee is $1,500. The first $25 monthly payment is charged with it at checkout. Prices are in USD.
For a full first year, this plan totals $1,800: $25 per month from month 1 onward. $25 per month continues after the minimum term while service continues.
Payment must remain current for charges that are due. Any applicable taxes and third-party charges are shown or agreed separately before payment.
The minimum commitment is 12 months from the first successful payment. You can request cancellation at any time by emailing support@arezdev.com or using an available account cancellation control. A request during the minimum commitment takes effect after that period; charges committed through it remain due. After the minimum, you may end service before the next payable period. If you keep the service active, its billing schedule above continues.
Arezdev will acknowledge a cancellation request and confirm its effective date. Cancellation does not erase amounts already due or prevent you from exercising the code and software-use rights described below.
You may request a move from Essential Hosting to Signature Upfront at any time. Your original 12-month minimum commitment continues from its original start date and does not restart. Once the change takes effect, the monthly price is $50, the image gallery limit becomes 25 GB, and the monthly changes allowance and new backoffice tools become available. Arezdev will confirm the effective date and any proportionate billing adjustment before processing the change.
Your plan includes 5 GB of image gallery storage per website while Arezdev hosts the site. This is a storage limit, not a new amount added each month. You can upload and manage JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 8 MB each from the dashboard. The system will prevent uploads that exceed the included limit.
This plan does not include a monthly allowance for requested changes. If you request a change, Arezdev will provide a separate quote based on its scope and complexity and will start only after your approval.
General product feature and tool updates are not included. Technical maintenance required to keep the included hosted services operating remains included.
You own the custom frontend code created specifically for your website, subject to payment of charges due under this agreement. Arezdev will provide that custom frontend source on request once all due amounts are paid. Third-party code, fonts, images, licenses, domains, and accounts remain subject to their own terms.
Arezdev retains ownership of its backend and backoffice code. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered version of those systems for your own website, including after Arezdev-managed service ends. You may arrange hosting or technical operation on your behalf, but you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer those systems to others. The license covers the delivered version and does not include future releases or support after the service ends. Independent hosting and third-party costs are your responsibility after cancellation.
Once all due amounts are paid, Arezdev will make the delivered backend and backoffice version available in a form reasonably sufficient to continue using it for your own website, together with available setup information. Any handover excludes other customers' data, private credentials, and third-party licenses that cannot be transferred.
The usual launch window is 3 to 5 business days after you submit onboarding, Arezdev reviews the information, and you confirm the project details. Payment alone does not start this window. Missing content, access, approvals, or changes in scope can move the launch date.
You confirm you have permission to use the text, logos, photos, reviews, trademarks, and other materials you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, offers, qualifications, and submitted content.
Arezdev will use reasonable care to keep the hosted website available. Internet services can experience outages, maintenance, security events, or changes outside Arezdev's control. Specific search rankings, traffic, leads, and revenue are not guaranteed.
Arezdev aims to make initial contact within 48 hours of a valid project inquiry. Timing for support and changes depends on scope and urgency. Project-specific changes must be agreed in writing. Material changes to these standard terms for future service periods will be communicated in advance; changes do not rewrite a minimum commitment already accepted without your agreement.
