Your website subscription terms.

What I provide

I will design, build, launch, and maintain a website based on the agreed project scope and the business information you provide. The service is supplied as an ongoing subscription while the account remains active and paid.

Price and payment

The upfront website fee is $0. The subscription is $150 per month, billed from the agreed start date. Payment must remain current for hosting, maintenance, and editing requests to continue.

How cancellation works

The subscription has no minimum term and may be canceled before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and service remains available through the end of the billing period already paid.

Launch timing

The typical launch window is 3 to 5 business days. It begins only after onboarding is submitted, I complete my review of the information, and you give final confirmation through the project approval step. Payment alone does not start this window. Missing content, access, or requested changes may move the launch date.

Monthly content editing

Each active subscription includes up to 2 hours of content editing per billing month. This covers reasonable updates to existing text, images, services, contact details, and similar page content.

• Unused time expires at the end of each billing month and does not roll forward.
• New pages, new features, rebranding, and major redesigns may require a separate written quote.
• I will confirm scope before starting work that falls outside the included time.

Optional $1,500 code buyout

You may leave the subscription and acquire ownership of the website code by paying a one-time buyout fee of exactly $1,500, plus any unpaid subscription balance that is already due. The transfer will include the custom website code after cleared payment. Third-party licenses, accounts, stock assets, domains, and services remain subject to their separate terms and may not be transferable.

Content and permissions

You confirm that you have the right to use the text, logos, photos, reviews, trademarks, and other materials you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, offers, qualifications, and submitted content.

Availability and third parties

I will use reasonable care to keep the website available and maintained. Internet services can experience outages, maintenance, security events, or changes outside my control. I do not promise uninterrupted availability or specific search rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.

Contact and requests

I will make initial contact within 48 hours after a valid project inquiry. Editing and support timing depends on scope and urgency. Requests take effect only after I acknowledge them through the agreed contact channel.

Changes to these terms

Any project-specific change must be confirmed in writing. If these standard terms are updated for future service periods, I will provide reasonable notice when the change materially affects an active subscription.
