If AI can build a website, why hire you?
You can build a website with AI. You will still need to decide what it should say, check the information, test how it works, and keep it updated.
When you hire me, I take care of that work. I organize your services, write and build the pages, and check the navigation and features agreed for your project. After launch, you can contact me directly for the updates included in your plan.
For $150 per month, you get the website, hosting, maintenance, direct support, and up to 2 hours of content changes each month. There is no setup fee or minimum term. You review and approve the work, with one person to contact when you need help.
I already use social media. Do I need a website?
A website gives you one place to send people who ask about your work. They can find your services, photos, service area, and contact details without scrolling through posts. You can link it from your social profiles, business listings, and referral messages.
Will the website bring me more customers?
I build the site to help visitors understand your services and contact you. Results also depend on how people find you, local demand, your offer, and how you follow up. I do not guarantee a number of leads, sales, or a position on Google.
Do I need to write the text or have photos ready?
Share your services, service area, and any business information or photos you already have. I write the first version of the pages and let you know what else is needed. You check the information before approving the project.
What happens when business details change?
Send me the changes. Your plan includes up to 2 hours each month for updates to existing text, photos, services, hours, and contact details. Unused time does not roll over. I confirm the scope with you before starting work outside that allowance.
Can I cancel or keep the website code?
There is no minimum term. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals; service continues until your paid period ends. The subscription does not transfer ownership of the code. If you want the custom website code, the optional buyout is $1,500, plus any subscription balance already due.
